Squamish Test of Metal Bike Park Contest

Help us protect the Test of Metal course - you might even win FREE entry for doing it!

Our aim is to preserve the course of the Test of Metal. Tell us why the Test of Metal course is important to you or to Squamish, by writing, photographing or videoing your entry. Use your wit, guile, humour and creativity. You'll have a chance to win, and lend your support to our important initiative to protect the course while you are at it! If your submission is chosen as the most compelling argument in support of protecting the Test of Metal course, you will win a free entry into the 2009 Test of Metal on Saturday June 20. The race is sold-out; this is the only way to get in! Already have a spot in the 2009 race? Lucky you. If you win this contest you'll win entry into the 2010 race instead!

Our goal is to encourage all levels of government and land owners to work together to protect the Test of Metal course.

How to Enter

Submit one of the following
a. Stories (written)
b. Stories (audio)
c. Photo (with 100 min word narrative)
d. Video (with min 100 word narrative either written or via voiceover on video)

Well, submit the most compelling entry! Oh, and tell your friends about the contest to get more votes and more entries. Get everyone involved!

From March through May there will be 2 entries chosen for every month - 1 by the TOMCP Committee and 1 by the popular online vote. Submissions must be received on or before the last day of the month to qualify for the month’s draw. Winners will be announced on the TOMCP Facebook Page.
